Hello, We have a double and a single room to let in a shared house of 5. The single room is £225 a month and the double room is £265 a month. The lease is due for renewal at the end of June but the rooms can be available now! The room and rest of the house is fully furnished, with off road parking and on-street unrestricted parking! There is also 2 very friendly resident cats.

The rent does not include bills as of July 1st.

There are currently 3 of us living in the house, with a mix of students and full time workers, so either or would be great!

We are situated within a 15 minute walk to the University of Southampton campus and access to very good bus links.

Hi! I am currently living on 33 Honeysuckle Road which is very near the universitY – JUST OPPOSITE THE STYLE pub. I will have 3 vacancies from 1ST of July 2010 onwards as I am the only one extending my contract in this house. The house costs £900 altogether to rent per month exclusive of utilities. The house has three double bedrooms each of which cost £60 per week and a single bedroom which costs £45 per week. The house has a single bathroom with a shower and a bath. The flat is shared with 4 other ocuupants; 3 boys and 1 girl and the room is situated on the 3rd floor. Mercury Point has a common room and Laundry Room. And is close to the city centre and only a 10/15 minute walk to the university. All the bills are inclusive of the £92.00 per week and the Tenancy will end on the 4th July 2009.
