There are 7 housemates currently (5 girls and 2 boys), and are looking for another housemate. They will all be in their 2nd year doing a complete mixture of different degree courses. The person dropping out from this contract is doing so on medical grounds.

I have a contract available to live in a seven bedroom house with six other second year females starting in July 2010 running for a year. The house is located just off Ecclesall Road and is laid out on three floors with two bathrooms. One room has an en-suite and they have yet to be picked by the tenants.

All rooms are of a large size, furnished with double beds and come with mini fridges with internet wifi access. The house has space for parking, a TV, DVD player, American fridge freezer, cellar, dishwasher and washing machine and is of a modern design.

House is close to both Hallam campuses. Rent is £69 a week without bills but current tenants have said they pay no more than £10 each a week for all bills. Deposit of £250 will also have to be paid on signing of contract which will be refunded at the end of the contract. Email me if interested and pictures can be sent.
