Got one room to fill in a flat of 6 NTU students at Canning Circus. Flat is on 2nd floor above a fancy dress shop, great for nights out, plenty of pubs/bars within stumbling distance and plenty of takeaways for the journey home at 3am.

The flat comes with a utility room inc. washing machine, tumble dryer and man-high freezer. Kitchen has the usual plus a dishwasher. Living room has good tv plus a fire escape/balcony for smoking/sun bathing. Walk to Trent City campus is 5/10 mins max.

I am looking for a tidy, female flatmate to share the flat with me. Public transport is available from nearby that goes to town, Nottingham trent Uni and many other places. A bus during term time is available too that goes to Nottingham University. The flat is near Jubilee campus and takes only 15 minutes walking and 5 minutes by car.
