The house features underfloor heating for every downstairs room, Pay as you go Gas & Electricity so no monthly bills. There are currently 4 girls living in the property all upstairs. This downsstairs bedroom is the biggest in the house and has its own bathroom. All bedrooms have their own lock. The room measures at 3.1m x 4m. There is a large communal area in the kitchen/diner area with a wall mounted 32" TV. There is ample freezer storage with a combi fridge/freezer and large seperate freezer under the stairs.

There is enough room for 2 cars on the drive and plenty of on road parking. The garden is yet to be completed, but the landlord has advised us that this will be done soon. The garden is very large so would be nice for the summer.
